How is Sizing for Alice & Ivy Clothing ? 

Our goal is to provide full size run clothes (Small- 2/3X-Large). Clothing items come from many different vendors so sizing will be different. Our goal is to always provide the measurements, a good description, and different body fit examples so that you make the right selection of size the first time. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask prior to buying and we will work to give you as much information needed to make the right selection. 

What is the Return Policy? 

Clothing and Shoes can be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Jewelry, Accessories, Gifts, etc. are not eligible for returns at this time.

Include a note with your name, indicate return or exchange, and reason. We will send you a follow up email with instructions on completing your return or exchange! 

How is shipping handled? 

All items that are in-stock, we do our best to ship within 2-4 days of you ordering. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us via email before you place your order to confirm availability. It is always best to ask if you are worried about a specific deadline. We want to make sure you are never disappointed so we are here to answer any questions you may have!

All items sold as pre-orders are not yet in stock. These items will be shipped out as soon as the product gets to the warehouse and we will work to estimate the Pre-Order ship date on the order form to inform you when the item will be available. There is always a chance, the distributor is delayed, however we will work to do what we can to keep you informed.

We ship using USPS Mail and UPS, you are sent a tracking email the minute your label is printed, please make sure to find emails from us if they are spammed and mark them "Not Spam" to receive the tracking emails. We are NOT responsible for any packages once they are shown picked-up from our warehouse. PLEASE watch for your package when it says delivered.
