At Alice & Ivy, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. During high-volume periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Alice & Ivy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. However, if an issue arises with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Alice & Ivy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed; therefore, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at aliceandivyboutique@gmail.com.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim delivery may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional carrier charges imposed by their country.

Preorders

If your order includes a preorder item, please note that estimated ship dates are subject to change. Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
